What is the monthly condominium unit owners association fee and what does it include?
The fee is $100 per month. This fee includes professional management of the common area, electricity for outdoor lighting, repairs and maintenance to the buildings, landscaping, snow removal, licenses and permits, fire and extended coverage and homeowner’s association liability insurance, legal and accounting expenses and reserves for replacement of parking areas and roofs.
