What is the monthly Condominium Homeowners Association fee? What does the Association fee include?

0

The Association fee will be approximately $.38 per square foot of air conditioned space per unit per month. For example, if the size of the condominium is 1,000 square feet, the Association Fee will be approximately $380 per month. The fee will be divided into 2 parts one for the Residential Condominium Association and one for the Master Condominium Association, which will pay for the maintenance of those areas which are common to the residential units, as well as to the retail and restaurant spaces. Additional Association fees will be assessed to the retail and restaurant tenants in a manner that recognizes their impact upon the services necessary to maintain the common areas. The Association fee will include 24-hour security, trash pick-up, building insurance, and exterior & common area maintenance of the buildings, water & sewer, and the recreational facilities. back to top.
