What is the monthly Condominium Associations Fee?
The Association fee is $0.87/square feet of air conditioned space. For example, if the size of the residence is 1,000 square feet, the Association Fee is $870.00 per month. The Association fee includes the 24-hour, 7 day-a-week concierge, along with security service and valet parking for the residences, building insurance, area maintenance, landscaping, pool and amenities maintenance, water and sewer, common area electricity and property management.
