What is the Montana Family Education Savings Program Bank Plan?
It’s a tax-advantaged program created by the state of Montana to encourage families to save for their children’s higher education. The MFESP Bank Plan was established as a qualified tuition program under Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code.
