What is the monoclonal antibody production program at AnaSpec?

0

We divide monoclonal antibody production into 4 phases. At the end of each phase, we test the results and send the sample to the researcher for approval. The researcher can terminate the project at any phase if desired. After Phase I (Immunogen Design and Immunization), we do the qualification of titer (ELISA) and ship 6 mice test bleeds. After Phase II (Cell Fusion and Parental Clone Screening), we test supernatants and ship 12 supernatants. After Phase III (Monoclonal Selection and Cryogenic Vial Preservation), we test and ship hybridoma cells. Finally, after Phase IV (Large Scale Antibody Production), we test and ship ascites and supernatant.
