What is the mode of communication to be adopted?
If you exercise the option of availing of our services through a Portfolio Manager, then all necessary instructions will be forwarded to us by the Portfolio Manager acting on your behalf. Of course, you may raise direct queries and ask for clarifications from us either through mail, fax or e-mail Should you choose to retain all investment and trading choices with yourself, you may send the required instructions to us by fax to be followed by the original sent by mail. General queries and clarifications may be entertained over e-mail. An arrangement can also be made for you to maintain a one point contact with your bank (as designated by us) who in turn will convey all relevant instructions to us on your behalf.
