This program content addresses components related to racial, cultural and economic groups and interpersonal communications. MN has reciprocity arrangements with Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio, Nebraska, and South Dakota in accepting human relations programs for licensure purposes. In addition, a human relations program completed in another state will be accepted if it was taken as part of a recent teacher education program and is comparable to MN requirements. Peace Corps and Teacher Corps experience meet the MN Human Relations requirements when documented.
