What is the misuse of computer systems policy?
Where there is misuse or abuse of ISD systems, reps can report to ISD. Penalties vary depending on the seriousness of misuse. They include informal and formal warnings, withdrawal of access and suspension of students or dismissal of staff. In some cases legal action may be taken. The Head of Department and College Authorities, including the Dean of Students where appropriate, will be informed.
