The mission of small groups is the mission of POG, to fulfill the five purposes: 1. Worship helps us focus on God 2. Fellowship helps us face life’s problems 3. Discipleship helps fortify our faith 4. Ministry helps us find our talents 5. Evangelism helps us fulfill our mission We do not expect every group to be fulfilling all five purposes. We do want each group to always be asking, “What is our next step?
