This is a semi-glitz national pageant which means that makeup and spray tans are not preffered for girls under 14 years of age. Competition is open to young ladies between the ages of 0 and 25 the pageant is going to be Hosted at the Holiday Inn countryside in Chicago, IL on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, November 12-14, 2010.
