The traffic management plan was modified to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Labour, the City of London and Quantum Murray, for the safe movement of traffic in and out of the site. The most significant change was the narrowing of traffic to one lane in each direction. This was done to address Occupational Health and Safety requirements identified by the Ministry of Labour.
