There is no such thing as minimum wage in Dubai. Wages & benefits depend on the following: 1. Race (Asian, Subcontinent, Western, Eastern European, etc) 2. Experience 3. Degree attained I myself was even surprised to find a secretary with Dhs. 1200/month salary in one factory in Alqouz Industrial Area and another one at Shk Zayed Road Al Attar Business Tower with Dhs. 14,000/month !!! The other one takes their Toyota Hi-Ace Service everyday for trasportation service while she drives a brand new Peugeot 307.
