Most villas have a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights during the high season and 5 nights during low season. An exception to this is during the Christmas and New Year season where the minimum stay may be higher and prices on nearly every villa will be higher than the posted high season rate. Villa rates are listed as weekly and can start on any day of the week. Some villas charge a 10% surcharge for less than a week’s rental.
