TechAgents are ranked into one of three categories: TechAgent, Senior TechAgent, and Expert TechAgent. To qualify as a TechAgent, you must have basic technical knowledge, have taken one or more class in the subject area, and have had fewer than 2 years of work experience in the subject/skill area.
