What is the minimum sentencing for 1st degree grand larceny as a class b felony?
There are many plea restrictions associated with a “B” felony but here is a brief out line of the possible sentencing ranges: If you have no prior felony convictions the lowest possible sentencing range is probation and the highest is 8 1/3 -25 years in prison. If you have a prior felony conviction the lowest sentencing range is 3 ½ to 7 years in prison and the highest is 12 ½ to 25 years.
