There is no formula, maximum print size for a given photo depends on many factors like source(digital camera or scanned file), sharpness, camera’s lens, file format, compression, photo’s subject and so on(for example we have printed 2 Mbyte 3000×2000 pixels photos at 48×32″ frame size. ) You might want to e-mail us your photo, before placing an order, and we would be happy to consult you on the best print size depending on your photo quality/resolution, please note photo’s subject/style is also important, for example for abstract photos the subject in more important than the resolution and the print details so you can ask for a larger print size.
