There is no minimum period per se, but given the costs of renting are mainly fixed (changing linen, towels and cleaning) irrespective of length of stay, a period of less than 3 nights will probably be relatively expensive on a daily basis in comparison with other accommodation alternatives. And during the off-peak season the minimum charge is one week for all rental periods of up to 7 days.
