Applicants who have completed an approved apprenticeship program shall submit a copy of their State Apprenticeship Certificate ( a copy of the wallet sized card is acceptable) confirming they are qualified to take the exam. Applicants who have not completed an approved program must verify 8,000 hours of on-the-job training in the following categories.
