What is the minimum obligation to D.A.R.T.?
Your obligation to the D.A.R.T. program is to respond to a local or national disaster or community service event at least once a year. Does this mean that you are obligated to respond for three weeks? No. The expectation of the D.A.R.T. committee is that you will respond on behalf of the American Red Cross in Greater New York either locally or nationally.
