WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PSYCHOLOGY UNITS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A MINOR IN PSYCHOLOGY?
23 units, which includes an Introductory Psychology class with a grade of C or better. 20 units must be upper division (300 level or above) psychology courses with a grade of C or better. Courses must be taken for a letter grade unless Credit/No Credit is the only grading option for the course. Once you’ve declared the minor, an unofficial advising file will be made for you in the Psychology office. See the Student Advising Guidelines for what to bring to advising sessions.
