What is the minimum number of patients I can measure with a kit?
Theoretically, the kit can be used to measure one patient. However, this is not very cost, material or time efficient. If the kit is halved, it can be used to measure two sets of 16 patient samples. The test plate contains 96 wells, since all measurements should be conducted in double 14 wells are needed for the standards (2 x 7 standards), 2 wells for the blank (2 x 1 blank) and 32 for the patient samples (2 x 16 samples) leading to a total of 48 for each set of 16 patient samples.
