A minimum of one commercial real estate loan or property is eligible, there is no maximum. Residential real estate must be sold with multiple properties no “one-off” sales are allowed. The minimum loan pool size is $5.0 million, there is no maximum. Loan pools can be any combination of residential and commercial real estate loans or REO.
