Like the above said, a minimum of 1.5 Mbps is required…I had lesser than that and was not able to connect..then I followed few steps to increase my speed…like did a basic maintenance of my laptop, deleted old internet files, cleared cookies, upgraded the version etc.After which I got the desired speed which I confirmed through an internet speed test using Scanmyspeed.com and I had no problems in connecting.
