WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CHARGE FOR A SERVICE CALL?
$70.00 is the minimum charge for a service call. We also currently charge 3 different service call fees that are essentially trip charges to cover these ridiculous gas prices. Those fees are currently $10.00, $15.00 and $25.00 depending on your location. These fees are added to our minimum charge which we will always tell you about beforehand. Our rates are $70.00/hour for the first person (tech), and $45/hour for the second person (install helper) on a two-man installation of equipment. On larger wiring jobs, with 8 locations and above, rates are often reduced to $50 per man per hour.
