Most activities do not require a minimum amount of a capital, except for the activities listed below: Activity Capital general trading Dhs. 3 (three) million building contracts Dhs. 1 (one) million investing in, establishing and operating of commercial/ industrial/agricural enterprises Dhs. 3 (three) million A certificate issued by one of the banks operating in Emirate shall be submitted evidencing deposit of required capital.
