What is the minimum bond pad pitch?
Celadon has been process control monitors with pitches as low as 56 microns on a 2 x 15 array. Another interesting example was a probe card built for a 1 x 25 pattern with 80 micron pitch pattern with two probes on each 60 x 90 micron pad for Kelvin probing built on a 2 layer probe card. Celadon in 2007 has made very major progress in the ability to engineer probe cards for tight pitch probing.
