Minimum recommendation is 64 ounces or eight 8 ounces glasses of water per day including filtered, mineral, spring and tap water. Decaf coffee, tea or diet soda with non-caloric artificial sweetener should not be counted in as part of the minimum recommendation of daily Atkins water requirement.
