What is the minimum amount of time needed until the passport expiry?
General advice is that group members need a minimum of 6 months to expiry date at the date of travel on their passports. However, some airlines/countries are more flexible; in which case you should contact the airline or relevant embassy direct to check. Q: One or more of the group is not a British Citizen, do they need a Visa? A: Non-British citizens should contact the Embassy of the destination country (and all countries they will be travelling through). Unfortunately, Embassies will not get involved with tour operators, and insist on the group member involved contacting them directly.
