What Is The Minimum Age To Purchase And Possess Alcoholic Beverages?
No person under twenty-one years of age may purchase or possess alcoholic beverages. Any person under twenty-one years of age who purchases, or has in his possession, any alcoholic beverages is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $50.00, nor more than $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and jail sentence.
