• Both the photographer and their model(s) must have been 18 years of age or over on 1 January 2009. No one under the age of 18 years old or the minimum required age in your country to access the Erotic Photography Awards or its website or any adult oriented websites may enter this competition. Any winner later found to be under this age limit will be disqualified and their entry fees will be forfeited. • Are there any restrictions on the nature of the photographs? • Yes, whilst Erotic may be interpreted in its widest sense, we have placed a few restrictions for photographs suitable for publication and that it must represent sexuality of a single person or between consenting adults.
