What is the minimum age requirement to apply for a UK Unmarried Partner Visa in Thailand?
You may only apply for a UK Unmarried Partner Visa in Thailand if the sponsor (UK citizen) is at least 18 years old and the foreign partner is at least 16 years old. If you and your partner have been together for at least two years prior to the application and can prove this, your partner would be granted a visa for a probationary period of two years. If after this period you are still together, then permanent residence may be applied for. If you have been together for four years or more outside the UK, your partner would automatically be granted permanent residency status without needing to go through the probationary period.
