What is the Military Whistleblower Act?
The military has its own rules and regulations relating to how alleged wrongdoing and retaliation can be reported. There have been numerous instances of retribution against a service member attempting to report such items as fraud, waste and abuse. The Military Whistleblower Act process needs to be followed or else the potential investigation can be harmed, and the individual reporting such issues may actually be considered in the wrong. Greenberg & Lieberman attorneys are licensed to practice in front of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Army Court of Criminal Appeals.
