What Is the Migration Pattern of Big Brown Bats?
The big brown bat is probably the most common bat in North America. People who encounter bats have more likely than not encountered specimens of this species, and its strangeness, isolation and nocturnal habits make people wary. In general, bats do not harm humans or farm animals and should be left alone, and perhaps appreciated from a distance. Many universities have studied the living and migration patterns of the big brown bat, but there is still a great deal to learn.
