The Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (MRCAC) is one of four regional centers in the country, established by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). The MRCAC provides information, consultation, training and technical assistance, helping to establish child-focused programs that facilitate and support coordination among agencies responding to child abuse. They also provide services to CACs already in existence. The MRCAC represents twelve states including: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
