What is the Microphone Retainer Clip, and how is it installed?

The Microphone Retainer Clip is an optional piece that will help prevent the loss of your microphone. In order to attach the Microphone Retainer Clip, you will need to unscrew the microphone flap and replace it with the Microphone Retainer Clip (using the same screws). Please note that this will remove your moisture seal to the Roscoby Riser Cam. The Microphone Retainer Clip is also available for older moldels and is part of the Field Kit Accessory Pack. See the illustration below on how to install the clip.
