Warren Eallonardo and Joseph Corey filed a class action lawsuit against MGM over false claims on the packaging of some of their widescreen DVDs between Dec 1998 and Sep 2003 that indicated that the widescreen DVDs showed more image width than their “standard screen” DVDs DVDs meeting the criteria specified in the settlement can be exchanged for $7.10 or another title from a list of 325 titles.
