What Is The MetroShed Installation Process?
MetroSheds are simple to install, but the weight of the wall panels and doors make it a process you may wish to have someone help you with. Each wall panel weighs 85 lbs and each double-glazed glass door weighs 240 lbs. To make installation a simple process we do offer a pre-assembled package where the beams, walls and floor boxes are all pre-assembled – cutting the install time in half. MetroSheds can be installed in anywhere from 4 hours to 2 days depending on your confidence level. Roof top installations take anywhere from 1 to 3 days depending on the site and accessibility. Prior to delivery we ask that have a level area ready for the assembly of the MetroShed.
