What is the Metabolic diet?
This way of eating has been researched by scientists for over 50 years, we need to eat to our genetic heritage. For example Eskimos and some south American Indians still eat their traditional diet and there is no obesity or genetic diseases within their communities. We are all different on the inside, one person’s food it another person’s poison! The metabolic types are based on us eat 3 different ratios and we recommend to eat seasonal, local, organic and a good variety of foods.
