What is The Met Stores policy for returns and exchanges?
Online and Catalogue Purchases Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund within 180 days from the date of purchase, provided the merchandise is current and in saleable condition (unless the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time it was received). If merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service for instructions. Recipients of gifts will be refunded at the price paid by the purchaser, provided the original order can be identified. Without a packing slip, a refund check will be issued at the lowest selling price. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Any purchase made online or from the catalogue on or after September 1, 2007, is subject to this return policy.
