What is The Met Stores online return policy?
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 180 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only refund or exchange merchandise that is current and in saleable condition. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact Customer Service for instructions. Gift recipients will receive a refund check by mail for the price paid by the purchaser, provided the original order can be identified. Without a packing slip, a refund will be issued at the lowest selling price. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
