What is the Merit Badge Seminar payment policy?
Each scout must pre-pay the registration fee. This eliminates a problem we had in past years of scouts registering for popular classes, then not attending and preventing someone else from being able to benefit from that class. If you learn a scout will not be able to attend, please email us as soon as possible. We will happily refund the registration fee up to one week prior to the Seminar. After that time we can only exchange the non-attending scouts space for another scout. What should scouts bring to the Merit Badge Seminar? Completed parental consent form Blue cards for any partially completed badges that will be finished during the Seminar. Proof of completion for merit badge pre-requisites where applicable.
