Each dinner will feature a four to five course meal, with wines (or specialty brews in the case of the West Haven Farm Dinner) paired for each course. Most of the produce will come from the farm with some fruit, meat, cheeses and breads coming from other nearby Finger Lakes growers and purveyors. Whatever the menu, it’s sure to be fresh and delicious!
