What is the MemoryWorks Product Availability feature?
If we are aware of any particular back ordered item that will not be available or arrive in stock in a timely manner, we will temporarily remove that item from the shopping cart and display the item in the Product Availability – along with it’s expected arrival date according to the suppliers estimates. You can find the Product Availability section on the bottom left side menu bar in the Product Showcase. This means any item displayed in this section will not be located in the online shopping cart and will be unavailable to purchase until it arrives in stock. We encourage you to review the items in this section frequently so that you are up-to-date on what items are out-of-stock and temporarily unavailable at any given time – and properly communicate the product status to your customers.
