Seizure disorders, trigeminal neuralgia or Manic/Depression Trileptal (oxcarbazepine) is a newer version of the classic Seizure medicine “Tegretol” (carbamazepine). It has a better side effect profile and is (arguably) more effective. Hope this helps.
