The DA approved data source is the Medical Occupational Data System (MODS) 68W Tracking Module. The NREMT database is electronically linked to the tracking module and therefore EMT certification is automatically posted. Individuals with write authorization in the tracking module cannot edit NREMT certifications, Transition completion, BNCOC, Trauma AIMS or Y2 removal date. However, they can edit PHTLS, BTLS, CPR, Refresher Courses, SACMS-VT, and Continuing Education Units.
