What is the MECCA bulk email policy?
If you want to use our mail server to send out bulk emails, you will have to send them no more than 100 email addresses at once. If this is not what you are looking for, you will have to use your ISP provided SMTP server to send out bulk emails. The reason is as follows: There are increasing number of ISPs (such as Sympatico, AOL, Sprint and Telus) who do not allow their users to connect to foreign SMTP servers anymore. Eventually you will not be able to use any SMTP servers to send out your emails except your ISP provided one. They do this for network abuse control.
