The distance between the slats on our cribs are regulated through Consumer Product Safety Commission. Our cribs meet or exceed the regulations set fourth by CPSC. The regulation is not to exceed 2 3/8″ between the slats. With slats spaced farther apart, a baby’s head could become trapped between the rails, resulting in serious injury.
