The definition of different security levels is as follows: “Open” – Employers will see your resume details, name and contact information IN FULL. “Confidential” – Employers will see your resume details, but your NAME and CONTACT INFORMATION will be hidden. An email alert will be sent to you and you can decide whether to release your name and contact information to the prospective employers. “Private” – Employers will NOT see any details of your resume, name and contact information. An email alert will be sent to you and you can decide whether to release your full details of resume, name and contact information to the prospective employers.
