Once a disc is closed, further burning sessions are not allowed, so files cannot be added. A disc must be closed for viewing in a DVD-ROM drive. However, the photos of an open disc can be viewed in a DVD-R burner. If the disc will be archived or given to another person for photo viewing, we recommend that the disc be closed – just check the “Close disc after recording for archiving/viewing” box before choosing “Record” in the ManualCopy mode or Camera/MemoryCopy mode. If you need to add data later, the box should not be checked.
