Coming out on November 13, 2009 is 2012, another “survive the apocalypse” style film in the vein of The Day After Tomorrow. The film stars John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Danny Glover, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Oliver Platt and Thandie Newton. From the trailer below the film looks to utilize some truly breathtaking visual effects. Another positive for the movie is having John Cusack in what appears to be one of the lead roles. Cusack has had a career that seems to fly under the radar being in titles that generally have a smaller release or even Direct to Video. It should be refreshing to see him in a large, epic film.
